Control System Upgrades
At NSS we can overhaul your tired system, putting it onto your network so you can view all the process data in one place. Replace your overcomplicated control panels with simple HMIs (Human-machine interface) familiar to everyone, add instructions for the operator to reduce training costs and only display the information you need, when you need it. Data Aquisition
At NSS we can support you with all your data acquisition needs. Whether you simply monitor temperature, or want to monitor 100s of strain gauges, it's no problem for us. Up to 24 bit resolution at 16 Samples per second, or 12 bit at 1 million samples a second, let us know your application and we'll give you a solution. Cloud based or local capture is available.
Safety Evaluation
We can provide machinery safety evaluation and validate circuits in accordance with EN ISO 13849. Should you require a safety controller we can design a bespoke unit to control your process and help you to create a safer workplace including all the documentation you require. We can also help you to determine your required performance level (PLr) and make sure youre doing everything safely.

IO Link is a standardised IO technology. You can convert any system to IO Link and it can communicate with your protocol.
